In 1994 he graduated from Department of “Journalism” of the Kyrgyz State National University. He wrote a diploma work on “International relations and the Press”. In journalistic profession (1994-2022) he experienced all stages of the profession, starting from correspondent until the Chief Editor at different journals such as “ Kyrgyz Ruhu”, “Uchkun”, Yiyk mildet”, “Erkin Too” and others. He also worked as an editor and producer at the TV Channel. In 2022-2023 was appointed to Advisor of the Speaker of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic.

As a journalist specializing in international relations, he is an author of numerous articles in that field and books concerning cultural heritage.

Started working in TURKPA as Acting Deputy Secretary General since September 2023.
