2013, successfully graduated from Razzakov Kyrgyz State Technical University with a degree in mechanical engineering;

2016, graduated from the "Jurisprudence" department of the Kyrgyz National University named after Jusup Balasagyn.

1993-1994, served in the Army of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2005-2010, worked at OJSC "Ak-Zholtoi";

2010-2011, worked as a leading specialist of the KTP department of the transport department under the Bishkek city mayor's office;

2011-2013, worked as a deputy director at "AIID-Service" LLC;

2013-2015, worked as the deputy head of the Municipal Regional Department under the Lenin District of Bishkek City Hall;

2016-2017, worked as a deputy of the 26th convocation of the Bishkek City Council;

2017-2021, was elected a deputy of the 27th convocation of the Bishkek City Council, and from 2018 he was elected as the Deputy Chairman of the Bishkek City Council;

2021, elected as a deputy of the 7th convocation of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic: Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Law and Order, Combating Crime and Anti-Corruption.
