Graduated from the University of Economics and Entreprise, Kyrgyz-Turkish Faculty of Management, International Relations (2007-2012). Master`s degree at the University of Economics and Entreprise, International Relations (2012-2013).

Worked as a manager in private enterprises (2013-2016), and later as an Assistant to the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Republic of Azerbaijan (2017-2020).

In March 2021, started to work at TURKPA Secretariat as Work-Plan and Protocol Officer and later as a Communications Officer.
