Graduated from Ensign College in Forst Zinna, Germany (1989-1990).

In 1993-2010, worked at the Special State Protection Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Protection Service of President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

In 2010-2018 held various positions of technical nature at the TURKPA Secretariat.

Since 2018 has been working as Office Manager at the TURKPA Secretariat.
