Graduated from the Baku Slavic University, Faculty of International Relations and Regional Studies (2009).

Did an internship at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan and State Committee on Work with Diaspora of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

In 2011-2021, held the positions of Secretary-Referent, Specialist at the Secretariat of TURKPA.

Since January 2021, has been working as HR and Archive Officer at the Secretariat of TURKPA.

In 2022, was appointed as Executive Secretary of Women Parliamentarians Group of the Parliamentary Assembly of Turkic States.
