He graduated from Kazakh State University of International Relations and World Languages by Ablai khan, Department of Oriental Philology (2001), during his studies in 1998-2000 he was an intern at Seljuk University (Konya, Turkiye). He completed his second degree (2004) in the Kazakh Economic University named after T.Ryskulov with qualification of International Economist. He graduated from the “Bolashak” Karaganda University as a Master of Law (2011) and the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan as a Master of Public and Local Administration (2013).

For many years, he held various positions in the structures for the study of the socio-economic situation of the country. He worked in the Office of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 14 years. Since June 2021, he has been working among the diplomatic staff of the TURKPA.
