In 1998, Mr.Aduov graduated from Marmara University in Istanbul, Department of International Economics. In 2003, he completed advanced training at the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Pakistan in Islamabad. Over the years, Talgat Aduov worked in senior positions in various state structures in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Mr.Aduov served as counselor to the chairman of Kazakhstan's Mazhilis Parliament in 2021. From 2018–2020, he was First Vice President of the non-profit joint stock company "Otandastar Qory" (Compatriots Foundation). In 2017–2018, Talgat Aduov held the position of Deputy Head of the Prime Minister’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In 2016–2017, he worked as the deputy chairman of the board of the JSC National Company« KazAvtoZhol». From 2007 to 2016, he worked in the Presidential Executive office of Kazakhstan as a State inspector and Deputy Head of the Presidential Protocol Service department. From 2006–2007, Mr.Aduov worked in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan as the Head of the International Economics Organizations department. In 2003–2006, he worked as the head of the consular section and 2nd Secretary in the Embassy of Kazakhstan in Türkiye. In 2006–2007, he held the position of 3rd Secretary in the Investment Committee in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan. In 1998–2001, he held senior positions in the private sector.

Talgat Aduov holds Counselor II diplomatic rank and was awarded the Medal in 2012 (Yeren Enbegi Ushin). Since June 2021, Mr. Aduov has been representing the Parliament of Kazakhstan in the TURKPA Secretariat and is the Deputy Secretary General of the TURKPA. Mr.Aduov speaks four languages: Kazakh, English, Turkish, Russian.
