A medical Doctor. Graduated from Erciyes University Faculty of Medicine and Anadolu University School of Health Institutions Management. Institute of Social Sciences at Selçuk University completed as a master’s degree in business administration.

He worked in different institutions of the Ministry of Health in various provinces, and also served as the provincial health director.

Founding Board Member of the Karaman Imam-Hatip High School Graduates and Members Association, the Founding Vice-President of the Karaman Branch of the Science Dissemination Society, the Member of Memur-Sen and Health-Sen, the Honorary Board Member of the Karaman Medical Chamber and the Founding Board Member of the Karaman Family Physicians Association.

Elected as Karaman Deputy in the 25th and 26th convocations at GNAT.

He worked in the Foreign Affairs Commission and was a member of the Health, Family, Labor and Social Affairs Commission and the Environment Commission. Currently a member of the Health, Family, Labor and Social Affairs Committee.

Intermediate level of English and Arabic are fluent.
