On 17 October 2022, Deputy Secretary General Nooruzbek Arstanbekov took part in the visit to Ganja organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan for the representatives of diplomatic corps, foreign and local media on the second anniversary of the commemoration of the victims of missile attacks on Ganja committed by Armenian armed forces during the Patriotic War.

Participants of the commemoration event visited the Ganja Memorial Complex and honored the memory of the victims. They were informed on the consequences of the attacks that led to loss of lives, injured and caused damage to the city infrastructure.
