On 15 December 2022, Deputy Secretary General Nooruzbek Arstanbekov participated in a round table on the theme "Turkic States as a bridge between East and West", organized by the International Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation jointly with Baku State University. The event was attended by ambassadors of member and observer countries, well-known figures of science and culture, as well as representatives of international organizations.

Gunay Afandiyeva, President of the International Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation, and Elchin Babayev, Rector of the Baku State University delivered opening speeches.

The round table was focused on the role of the Turkic World in the development of intercultural dialogue between East and West, as well as scientific and cultural ties of the Turkic World with other peoples.

The event continued with the performance of music of Turkic peoples.
