She graduated from People’s (Renmin) University of China, Law Department (2007). She completed master’s degree in Law from the Law Academy of the Kyrgyz Republic (2011) and continues her PhD study at Free University of Berlin.

She worked as marketing manager in private enterprises, has a teaching and assistance work experience from Kazakh-German University (Almaty) and American University in Central Asia (Bishkek).

Has twelve years’ experience of state work in the Parliament of the Kyrgyz Republic at the Department of International relations and Protocol. She has been working in TURKPA since September 2020.
