He graduated from Academy of Law, Business and Education, speciality “Jurisprudence” (2016). Graduated from Master’s Degree at the Diplomatic Academy under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic. Worked as lawyer at private Ltd Company.

Has working experience at public service in Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic as Consultant of MP and Advisor to Speaker of the Parliament. He has been working in TURKPA since October 2021.
