Lecturer Prof. Dr. After completing his primary, secondary and high school education in Bulgaria immigrated to Turkey with his family in 1978. In 1985 graduated from Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine in the Istanbul University. He studied hand surgery at Hannover Medical Faculty in Germany and at Berufsgenossenschaftliches Unfallkrankenhaus in Hamburg.

He worked as a faculty member in the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology and in the Department of Hand Surgery at Cumhuriyet University Faculty of Medicine in Sivas. He worked as a faculty member in the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology at Health Sciences University Faculty of Medicine, Bursa Yüksek İhtisas Training and Research Hospital SAUM. He served as the chief physician at the same hospital.

A member of the Security and Intelligence Commission.

Fluent in Bulgarian and Russian, intermediate in German and English.
