Secretary General held meetings in Parliament of Turkey
On 20 February 2018, during his visit to Ankara, TURKPA Secretary General Mr. Altynbek Mamaiusupov held meetings with Mr. Haluk İpek, member of GNAT, Chairman of TURKPA Commission on Legal Affairs and International Relations, Head of Turkey-Kazakhstan Inter-parliamentary Friendship Group, Mr. Sebahattin Karakelle, member of GNAT, Head of Turkey-Kyrgyzstan Inter-parliamentary Friendship Group and Metin Gündoğdu, member of GNAT, Head of Turkey-Turkmenistan Inter-parliamentary Friendship Group.
Secretary General Mr. Mamaiusupov informed parliamentarians on Activities Plan of TURKPA for 2018 and events dedicated to the 10th anniversary of TURKPA. At the same time, he thanked the parliamentarians for their contribution to the cooperation between member countries.
The parties also exchanged views on prospects of regional and Turkic cooperation.
TURKPA Deputy Secretary General Mr. Ali Yıldız also took part in the meetings.
