He is a financial advisor and an independent auditor. Graduated from Atatürk University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration and completed his postgraduate education at Sakarya University.

In Erzurum worked as a journalist. He became the founder of a newspaper and TV channel. The Chairman of the Board of the Eastern Anatolia Industrialists and Businessmen Association and the Chairman of the High Advisory Board of the Eastern Anatolia Press Council. During the establishment period of the AK Party engaged as the Provincial Vice President in charge of Publicity and Media in the Erzurum Founding Provincial Administration of the party. He has 6 published publications and is permanent Press Card holder.

In the 25th and 26th terms of the GNAT elected as Erzurum Deputy. A member of the Planning and Budget Committee.

Intermediate level of English is fluent.
