TURKPA Secretary General will attend the Summit of Cooperation Council of Turkic Speaking States.

Delegation headed by TURKPA Secretary General Mr. Ramil Hasanov will participate in the 3rd Summit of Cooperation Council of Turkic Speaking States (CCTS) on 15-16 August 2013 in Gabala.

Within the scope of the Summit, the Council of Foreign Ministers will convene on August 15 while the Council of Heads of States will meet on August 16. Senior Officials of the Foreign Ministries will meet on August 14.
At the same time, during the meeting TURKPA Secretary General will make speech on the 5 th anniversary of TURKPA and the completion of his diplomatic activity.
Also the Cooperation Protocol will be signed among the Ministers of Foreign Affairs. At the end of the meeting a press conference will be held.

At the same time TURKPA Secretary General is expected to hold bilateral meetings with CCTS Secretary General Mr. Halil Akinci and TURKSOY Secretary General Mr. Duysen Kaseinov in the scope of the Summit.

TURKPA Secretary General will be accompanied by Deputies Secretary General Mels Semgaliyev, Kurshad Melih Sarıarslan and Mr. Emin Hasanov, Secretary of Comission on International relations.
