TURKPA realizes a broad range of activities together with its members and observers, and also with many parliaments of other countries and cooperation institutions.
First being held in Baku on 29th Sep 2009, plenary sessions are realized periodically.
In plenary sessions, which are the indicators of the highest level of cooperation between member countries, administrative and financial affairs of the assembly are decided, and themes of parliamentary diplomacy are addressed.

TURKPA develops multidimensional collaborations with Turkic and international institutions and organizations.
